The staff were friendly and seemed competent, making our stay pleasant overall.
Not having any cell or WiFi services due to the surrounding mountains was quite inconvenient.

The food was surprisingly good, especially the ceviche on seafood night, and the playful raccoons made for some fun late evenings. We enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking up the sun on the beach loungers. Just a heads up, the music can get pretty loud on the weekends, so try to grab a room away from the noise! 🌊

Just a nice choice for a concise stay in Cuastecomate with fantastic value for money. The beach was enjoyable and clean. Be aware of limited WiFi access, as it only works in the lobby.

Great beach and awesome staff!
We had an amazing time enjoying the clean beach! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Food was delicious, especially the poolside snack bar. One little hiccup was the air conditioning in our room. it took a while to cool down. Overall, it was a fab family getaway!

This hotel is lively, offering pool activities during the day and evening entertainment that kept the whole family engaged. The kids loved the grassy area by the pool with a playground, and we enjoyed the varied dining options, especially the amazing food.
My wife says that the accessibility for older guests could be improved.

Just a commendable fit for a fleeting moment in Cuastecomate with outstanding value. The vibrant colors of the building were refreshing to see each morning as I stepped out to the balcony. Try to grab a room away from the Friday and Saturday night shows for some peace.

missingWrote a review on May 28amazing view
The view from our room was amazing, every morning I would just sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves crash against the shore. One night, there was a live show that really surprised me, those kids put in so much effort, it felt like I was at a high-end resort instead of here.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable given the location and overall experience.

The location provided stunning ocean views and easy access to a clean beach, perfect for relaxing. Staff were exceedingly friendly, offering exceptional help even with language barriers, which made settling in easier. The food, especially the seasonal dishes, was remarkably good, enhancing our stay. However, bring your own toilet paper, as the dispensers didn’t work well. Limited WiFi was a bit of an inconvenience as well, as it only worked in the lobby.
